Former Crusader and BU senior, Kerry Cashman tallies 9 rebounds in BUs win over Umass
Double duo, senior Emily Rousseau (13 points, 5 assists) and Asia Ewing (13 points, 3 rebounds) led Stonehill in their tilt with Bentley. Fellow former Crusaders Kristen McWhirter (Stonehill) and Christiana Bakolas (Bentley) also competed in the rivalry game won by Bentley.
Former Crusader and current UNHer, Kelsey Hogan tallies 8 points and 5 assists in UNHs tilt with Harvard.
Crusader Alum and Fordham senior Kyara Weekes tallied 12 points, 3 assists and 4 rebounds in Fordhams recent win over Fairleigh Dickinson.
Crusader alum and current Boston U senior Kerry Cashman tallied 12 points and 7 rebounds (on 5-7 fg attempts) in a recent game vs Univ. of Rhode Island.
Crusader alum and current senior Abby Wentworth scored 17 points enroute to Manhattan College's win over the University of New Hampshire. Crusader alums Kelsey Hogan and Jill Friel also played in the game suiting up for the UNH Wildcats.
Former Crusader and current SNHU sophomore, Sloane Sorrell exploded for 22 points and 12 rebounds as Southern New Hampshire defeats Stonehill, 66-60. SNHU senior and Crusader alum, Julia Houghtaling added 10 points for SNHU. Senior Emily Rouseau tallied 19 for the visiting Stonehill team while frosh Asia Ewing chipped in 15 points and 6 boards.
Six former Crusaders were on the court during the recent Stonehill - St Anselms game--Stonehill eeks out the win in OT 66-64 over St A's. Stonehills Emily Rousseau (21 pts), Kristen McWhirter (17 pts), and freshman Asia Ewing (12 pts) all tallied double figures. St A's Curren Leighton (14 pts), Morgan Frame (8 pts) and Jen Gureckis (6 pts) represented the Crusaders for the Hawks in this back-and-forth battle.
Senior guard Emily Rousseau (Biddford, Maine/Biddeford) led four Stonehill players in double-figures with 21 points as she made 6-of-18 shots from the field, including 4-for-7 from three-point range, while converting all five free-throw attempts to go with four rebounds and four assists.
Former Crusader and William & Mary frosh, Kaitlyn Mathieu is named CAA Rookie of the Week. Mathieu average 19.0 ppg during the recent Cancun tourney for the Tribe.
